All JCU Applicants must fill out the following JCU Privacy Form and submit it with their application.

FALL SEMESTER 2009
TOTAL PROGRAM FEE (12 - 17 Credits): TBA

Program Fee includes: Tuition, housing (double occupancy room - 2 persons per room), pre-departure and on-site student services and advising, airport pick-up on housing check-in days, on-site orientation, HTH Worldwide student health insurance, personal cell phone, U.S. credits.

Program fee does not include: Lab fees, meals, airfare, books and personal expenses.

Application Deadline: June 15th
SAI will continue to accept applications after June 15th based on availability and with payment of late fee


APPLICATION PROCEDURE
STEP 1: Submit application with a non-refundable $80 Application Fee and Transcript. Your Transcript may be sent separately, in which case acceptance will be conditional until it is received. Online applications will not be processed until application fee is received.
 
STEP 2: Notification of acceptance status will be sent to you by email and post within one week of application. Within 2 weeks of email acceptance a $500 NON-REFUNDABLE confirmation deposit must be paid to SAI in order to secure your enrollment. Acceptance letters will include instructions and program payment dates.
 
STEP 3: 50% of Total Program Fee + $300 Security Deposit + Single Supplement Fee  (if applicable) May 1st
   
STEP 4: Balance of Program Fee Due July 1st


FINANCIAL AID
Students using financial aid are required to pay Application Fee, Confirmation Deposit and Security Deposit. Written verification of financial aid award or loan approval must be sent to our office in order to delay the balance of program fee and before your application is considered complete. If your financial award is not sufficient to cover full Program Fee, the difference must be paid by the final payment date. Please direct all questions concerning financial aid to the SAI California office.
